As the Asia's company formation specialist, we want to bring a broad perspective to the developments and the longer term key trends that we face as an industry and understand how the offshore industry is likely to evolve in the coming decade. This desire to examine the bigger picture was the main impulse behind our "Offshore 2020" annual market research study.

We have produced the “Offshore 2020” annual market report since 2010. We share the results with our clients in exclusive roundtables.

Our latest report, published in October 2012, continues to track on some ‘trend lines’ established in earlier editions, as well as on market outlook and some touching on new themes including opportunities and implications arising from increased regulations, the changing nature of “China and Asia businesses”. The report was compiled from interviews with 155 offshore industry participants in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and other regions. Interviewees were drawn from the industry segments of law, corporate services/consulting firms, banking/financial advisory, accounting/taxation, regulatory agencies, investment management, and industry associations.
